your description makes it sound like the bike is at fault. i saw green light the entire time for the bike so yeah you can do a quick intersection check but that doesnt really matter at night when you have to be practically in the intersection to see like what happened to me. bikes should act like they are invisible but cars should follow the traffic laws.
