I lived on SW 136street and 82nd ave, our house was totaled, we didn't have electricity for 1 month and i can assure anyone that south of this line it only got worse, way worse. From Cutler Ridge on down to homestead it was complete devastation.

i lived on 1531 ne 14th st, lived there for 3 months with no power no runing water before moving to tampa fl i was 12 at the time most of these video`s show my old area

I live in Georgia...went to work in Miami after Andrew. I couldn't believe the devastation as I first drove in to the city. That is the day I got a whole new respect for Mother Nature.

Those newscasters kill me. They are asking the chopper pilot to tell them....and all the looters where all the merchandise is.

Storms like this is exactly why I would never live in Florida. I live in Texas 100 miles from the coast and we got hit pretty hard by hurricanes Rita and Ike.
