  • I find it better to plan what time i am going to start and what time im going to finish say ill start at 8:30 pm till 9:00 or 9:30pm i like running at night because i run faster because its darek and i feel a little scared :P even though i have nothing to worry about :) that is just how i feel you dont have to do this :P :D i hope this helped
