Frontstabsap - Stabbing an engi infront of a Level 3 Sentry

It CAN be done, without dying. Here is the proof. As you can see, I had no medic boost or anything else. Thanks morse for the help as an engi. For any questions post a comment. I call it the Frontstabsap!

do you crouch in order to get up to the sg before it can fire, or does it confuse the sg at all?

For the sentry it takes like a milli second to look down to shoot you, and that milli second is the thing that makes you not get shot

but i believe the main factor is the usage of quick stab.. i admit i nvr thought of using crouch. clever man.

Crouching actually does an incredible job of protecting you from sentries. The other day I took one down with my homewrecker by jumping off a ledge right in front of it, hammering it once on the way down, and then crouching and banging it again for the kill. It was pretty once-in-a-lifetime and nobody could believe that it worked. TOO BAD THERE'S NO FRAPS FOR MAC.
