  • @TheCflinchbaugh nope abs exercises don't burn fat. You are goign to have bigger abs but you will not see them . You need to do cardio exercises and some kind of diet. But the exercises are the most improtant. Cardio means running , swiming ,rope skiping and other.Chek good for good cardio exercises

  • @SimpsonizerBabey You are not doing it correctly. Keep your neck straight. You can do this by looking straight up when you bend upwards not by bending your neck (your chin getting near your chest) when you bend upwards. This way you will be focusing on your abdominal area..your neck wont get tired :)
