Here's a small round up from the The Democratic Policy Committee that held a hearing on June 26, 2006 in the afternoon on the manipulation of pre-war Iraq intelligence.
"The main issue every member had was with the OSP (Office of Special Plans) that was run by Douglas Feith and the like. This was the secret intel group that prepared and delivered the more important Iraq briefings directly to Bush, and more importantly, in Larry Wilkerson's words, "the Vice-President."
Wilkerson: "As a Republican, I'm somewhat embarrassed by the fact that you're the only member of my party here"
Hello, people educate yourself. Both sides lie. Both sides use propaganda. The citizens of the world are nothing but disposable pawns. Look at your own leader first then judge the other. Don't be brainwashed. Both sides of all wars are guilty. Look at what your leader did to antagonize the other. Don't be a propaganda puppet. Before you cry what the US did to you. Ask what your leader did.

as if anything these guys say could of made a difference! the plan for the unprovoked attacks was made years before 9/11, as was the plan for 9/11, designed purely to get the american public full of hate and fear so they'd be on side for any future US lead attacks.
what a crock of misdirectional shit,theyve had america in a choke hold for years, doing what they want when they want,while keeping the public misinformed and ignorant of the facts through media manipulation+lack of real education.

Cheney told the American people (many) lies to invade Iraq for Biden, etc. From his interview in the 90s, he knew we wouldn't be greeted as liberators and the quagmire that would result. Many CIA & State Dept officials have come forward to detail how the Bush team lied us into war by using raw data (unverified) - on CNN and PBS documentaries, among others. A bipartisan Senate report stated that they said things they knew not to be the case, stopping short of saying the obvious... that they lied.

Ok. Well if it was all Cheney's fault, why did Joe Biden propose that the US invade Iraq back in the late 90s? If everything is Cheney's fault, why did Biden propose a war resolution to the Bush administration?
It is so easy for Democrats to blame Republicans. It is so hard to see what they did and their responsibility for the war.

The lack of understanding is staggering. The whole premise, that everything is Bush's or Cheney's fault is false. And they either are knowingly conning the public or are stupid.
What they are not looking into, intentionally, is the fact that several major Democrats, especially the current VP Joe Biden were supporters of invading Iraq before Bush even came into office. Biden was the worse. He called for war against Iraq in 1998 and even proposed a resolution calling for war in Iraq to Bush.

It's so easy to tell that Bush and the others lied. Countless news articles about how Bush basically scared lower employees of agencies like the CIA into manipulating the intel. No dissent in public was allowed if someone in the ranks KNEW Bush was lying. How am I supposed to believe that just a year after people like Condi and Powell say Saddam DOESN'T have weapons that all of a sudden "intelligence reports" are coming out at spitfire speed about wmds. what a joke.

this was just the pre-discussion for the Murder DICK Cheney, planned and used to justfy a war after killing AMERICANS ON 9/11;

the link between AQ and Saddam that Cheney so desperately tried to prove was definitely part of the pretext for war... not just the WMDs. Cheney and Kristol repeated the link just as much (if not more) as the WMD argument. That's why they are discussing it.
