The right speaker sound error corrects at the 16:37 mark of the video. I apologize.

Ron Paul interviewed by the Des Moines Register editorial board on November 19, 2011.

One controversial issue to come from this interview, at the 29:15 mark, was that Ron Paul said he wouldn't use moral imperative to send U.S. troops, even to stop a modern-day version of the Holocaust, unless our country were attacked or the Congress declared war.

  • @paper000000 you got him wrong brother! He means disputes between israelis and palestinians! has nothing to do with the holocaust. Besides I think Zionist regime of israel is abusing the holocaust to oppress palestinians and grab their lands. The US has to be out of this if this problem is to be solved.

  • Jesus would vote for Ron Paul.

Hi: Sorry, didn't mean to single you out. To be more specific. Gays & Christians shouldn't be forcing their beliefs on anyone. But, we find the gay agenda has been very militant whereas the Christians not so much towards the gays. I have no problem with the Gov't marrying them. When they start demanding we change the very essence of our beliefs then that's a huge problem. Anyways, sorry about that. I need to go get a coffee now. Must have been your logo. Lol!!! Take care.

  • @paper000000

    yes

  • @nfsdrive Thats all irrelevant and i have no idea what you are trying to say. What i meant was that gay couples who chose to marry should have their marriage acknowledged by the Government so that they get the same benefits as straight married couples. The Church and Religion have absolutely nothing to do with what I'm talking about.

    part 2

Frankly, religions (Of all faiths) & non-believers who disagree with this lifestyle are forced into a corner & told you have to accept their opinion or face the consequences. Apply that same method to ALL of your dislikes in life & see where that will take you. Right into a very dark place eventually where the tolerance for individual thought is no longer allowed. Collective (same) thoughts = communism = we're toast! "Sheeple" or "people". Which are you? WAKE UP!

I have no problem with gays getting a marriage license & then finding someone to marry them in a civil ceremony, church, etc. The problem lies with their agenda of forcing people who disagree with them on moral, biological, religious grounds, etc. Examples: A Christian photographer & a Christian wedding cake maker were charged after saying because of their beliefs they should find someone else to fulfill their requests. Why is Gov't involved if church & state are separate?

  • In this interview Ron Paul refers to the Holocaust as merely a "dispute".

Do Ron Paul supporters agree with that?
