  • Thanks for this video....I found her site and wil order the book.....these changes are worth it!!! Anything that works is Worth it....so THANKS for the rec. :)

  • that is great! The book is fantastic. The part that helped me the most was just reading the entire first half. It is about WHY you should eat or not eat things. And then she adds some recipes in it.

  • YAY, thanks for the video!!!!! I've been trying the diet as well, but i cannot cut out a lot of stuff!! *hugs* hope u are doing well girl!

  • Yeah it is very very hard to cut some of that stuff out. I have been completely wheat free/ dairy free/ Caffeine free for 4 weeks now... yay! I can tell a BIG diff with the wheat being gone. It is craZy!

    Good luck!

  • @mertz282 Agave nectar is a good replacement for sugar. Honey should be limited even though it's natural too...the jury is still out on that one though. A *quick tip* for easily managing the "what to eat" what not to eat" question is just to ask yourself "is it processed?" — the closer you stay to how the food comes out of the earth...the better. Hope this helps :)

  • I have a question you mentioned on the video, we should avoid anything with sugar, but what about honey or agave nectar? What about corn flour is that okay?

  • Bless you Steph. :)

  • The diet sounds like bullshit but I really loved the sneezes!!!

  • It hurts when I sneeze too lol

  • Hi! Where can i buy that book? ... Im in Philippines

  • I can't live without coffee either. Especially since I work the grave yard shift.

These videos are great. Thanks so much for posting them. It's good to know there are people out there who can relate.

  • Hi, Its Carolyn here who wrote the Recipe Book.. Thanks for putting the video together and helping to get the message to others that diet can help reduce the symptoms of endo. I need to point out that I no longer have endo and I have not had endo for many years. I am writing as I do not want women to be misled about the diet or the advice at my website, and think that endo is totally incurable or that the symptoms cannot be helped by self help means. with healing thoughts, Carolyn Levett
