come on people. ot's 2002 and I am happy to have been to this gig!!! awesome that this footage exists despite the quality!

@Stevehtegreatgr Under The Ice from the live album is all kinds of amazing, though.

Haha, at 1:17 it looks like Andre's guitar is massive.

I have listened to 'The Edge of Time', 'Nightfall in Middle Earth' and 'A Night At The Opera', and summarizing from what I have heard, Blind Guardian is the best power metal band along with Kamelot. Haven't heard a lot of power metal, though.

raistling would be impressed

@Prankcall12 doubt it

@baranthalas And one that would make the authors proud for once. I'm seriously sick of the fact that no D&D related material, minus the books, get any serious funding or quality done for them. That one D&D movie was all right, but Dragon Lance gets crap! I wish Sam Raimi would take it on like he did Seeker.

@Mindlabytinth To me this is perfect for the book Soulforge. It really does bring out what the book was about. I like to picture the part in the Twins trilogy where Raistlin conjures this massive fire on a village hit by the plague to "show the gods." Probably the most epic scene that needs to be created. Flames of "all colors and of none" basically.
do not judge live appearances bythis video. the quality is crap. They are flawless live and if they ever come ot your town definitely go! Best show ever!

That's not very usual with blind Guardian. Most of their fans would tell you that most of their songs live sound better than their studio counterparts, sans the ANATO stuff of course (to which this song also belongs), it's close to impossible to recreate the thousand Hansis in real time.
