    That cop is a moron.. he said I know the constitution but I alos know the local law.. blah blah.. well MR. not so smart... "The amendment prohibits the making of any law ... interfering with the right to peaceably assemble or prohibiting the petitioning for a governmental redress of grievances." <=== which makes your local law null and void!!!

    What about free speech? The supreme law of the United States of America, the Constitution. Local ordinances should not trump the Constitution.
