Dude, GTA V IS going to be released for the PC, Rockstar has NEVER said they won't do one, it's not their main priority right now, the PC version is going to be released around 1-2 years after the release date for consoles. That's how it always worked, I can tell that you don't know much about how they do the PC releases.

They changed the release date of the game since they needed more time to upgrade the game, it even says in the description that it's going to be released the 17th of september 2013.

At the end of the trailer, it said that it was coming Spring 2013. It is now Summer 2013, and Spring is already over. I suppose that they meant Fall 2013.
