This is a continuation of my summer flatbread grilling series. This recipe is adapted from Mark Bittman's Grilled Lebanese Flatbread.

It is difficult to make a pita bread that is completely whole wheat. It can be grainy and tough. The all purpose flour makes it softer and more pliable for grilling.
