You think the Federal Reserve has done a good job?

The economy was riddled with deflation all throughout the Great Depression. The 70s were riddled with bouts of inflation.

The Federal Reserve is not accountable and can manipulate our monetary policy.

Federal taxes only (unless they're earmarking) pay for interstate roads.

State taxes are supposed to pay for police. Medicaid is a disaster. If the federal gov't shrunk we could help out seniors but it has its hands in so many pies.

I'm not saying treat them like a citizen its either insurance or we foot the bill. You know how to decrease illegals coming in, crack down on employers hiring them, you do background checks on, and a lot other measures. Its very difficult but for a situation but for Libertarians you look down on any type of lengthening of immigration officials.

Because it helps seniors who don't have an income and have to rely on social security to make ends meet. What you want them to do fend for themselves if a senior doesn't have an income or a pension. There's a lot of things people hate like taxes but it pays for our police, roads, and lot of things you take for granted. I know a Libertarian doesn't like government intervention or the federal reserve but without those things then our situation would be a whole lot worse.

Because what you going to do with that guy say no to him. With insurance that guy would shoulder the burden of that payment. That goes to show how selfish you are. If you got sick and had no insurance wouldn't you want someone to help you out. But I guess its all about you and my needs and wants. You may not like illegals but they need insurance because for one thing its one less burden on the Medicaid and welfare. Second insurance gets their money.

The point about preventative care is that unless you catch at least 10% of those people screened for a myriad of tests (which would be a high number) you aren't going to save any money with preventative care.

You know how much easier it would be for insurance companies to save if high cholesterol or blood pressure is caught early and the emphasis of lifestyle change. Not only would it save thousands of dollars in heart disease, surgery, heart attack, it would also save lives and money.
