I dedicate this Video to 2 Maestro's who have always inspired me playing the Blues. For quite some time I've been listening to the new Album from "Raimundo Amador" entitled: Medio Hombre,Medio Guitara and find it really inspiring how the mix of Blues and Flamenco seems to be a happy Marriage, both are very diverse in technique but the feel seems to overlap each-other.It goes without saying that B.B. King in some way has influenced nearly every Blues player today. I play with stone picks, they're beautifully carved and polished from Gemstones, check out: http://www.stone-guitar-picks.com For more Info on me visit: http://www.jazzguts.com

@Keesfarida Thanks Kees, since a young Kid (which I'm still at Heart) I was mesmerized by the Blues and often think of those players from my Youth. I came home from school and went straight to the record-player to lift the needle and listen to my Blues-Stuff, no books,Video's, DVD's and all that "overkill on Info" you'll find nowadays just a Kid-fingers-ears and a Bash of Blues recordings, groetjes Vic.

I'm not familiar with Raimundo Amador. A mix of blues and Flamenco~~how fascinating!! I would like to try his album. I love the sound of this music!! Wow, 1:19, so cool!! :-) Amazing play, as always, Vic!! I was feeling little bit like a nerd staying home on a Friday night, but now I feel quite better. :-)))
This music is great to just relax and move my body with it....

@kumhuimusicgirl I'm certainly you'll enjoy his playing, there's a CD entitled: "Noche de Flamenco y Blues" recorded live in Madrid, there are some great fragments of that memorable concert here on YT with great collaborations of B.B. King, Chano Manzano, Kiko Veneno and others. Check it out, great Stuff, hug Vic.

I noticed you call everyone by their name on here when you can, so I guess I'll introduce myself.. I'm Michael and I've played guitar for about 14 years.. the thing I was curious about is --
What pickups are those?
MaekchuBrew 9 months ago
@MaekchuBrew Hi Michael, this makes all a little more personal, it's a hybrid Strat I put together with my guitar-customize r ,these are seymour Duncan pick-ups (Bridge: Seth Lover humbucker) and Neck and middle Alnico 2 Pro(Single coils). Do you like the sound? Vic.
