when i was younger in 5th or 6th grade i was brainwashed by the media listening to rap music which truely deep down i hated but was too sucked in to beining "cool" i didn't know. I was on this path until one of my friends introduced me to my first classic rock band. It was acdc. I discovered that there was much better music out there and today i listen to almost no new music. I stick to my jimi hendrix, The Door, Eric Clapton, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Pink Floyd, etc. It cant get better than that

They have alot to lose by not developing talent. Money is not as exciting alone as great and exciting new talent. They sit in their houses at night and big mansions and they have no music to listen to but crap. Money can't buy happiness. They are miserable old business people.

it took me time to find some people who OWN. Van Der Graaf Generator, i kept listening to them, I didn't give up and I listen to Gentle Giant. and I love Selda...they are not opened and very arrogant. They don't care what the public wants, they are choosing to dumb people down, based on their crappy taste.

@thegermanhipster totally agree...they are all hypnotic zombies....for the mass of a zombies!!!

yeah fuck The Radio! Fuck Pop fuck Rock Fuck Rap.
90's Techno, Dance, Gabber, House Forever!

pop music is so successfull today because so many people are too stupid to understand how fabricated it all is. There is no skill, look at kesha, justin bieber, cher lyodd etc, just talentless crap, people are lured into electronic beats and basic lyrics although its very generic. its a shame so many people today have poor taste in music
