there is an abandoned house down the street from my house in hamilton il, its got a sinkhole in it. its covered with trees and probly became a junkyard at some point. i went exploring and found two tin pepsi cans.

Awesome video. It'd be great to know what happened, but like many explores, they remain mysteries. Which is good, in a way. Leaves the imagination stirring.

Nice video series! Some friends and I saw this place one day driving from Amla to Cape Enrage. We pulled over, walked the road and looked around the site, on a day much the same. I remember we were all surprised to see the doorway on the left (when facing the front) was blocked by a pile of old boots. It was odd because the neighbouring farmhouse has a boot hanging from its mailbok. We called it "the boot house" and we always wanted to know the story behind why it was abandoned.
