    Lich King was (and still is) my favourite expansion up to Ulduar. After that, the downhill started. My expectations for pandaria are a mixture of fear and interest. The new areas look interesting, but on the other hand the casualization might have gone a bit too far.

    My biggest problem always with expansions introducing new races is that I really love the starting zone settings of them (i.e. Goblin, Worgen, Bloodelf) but then.... you right back to where you have been before and literaly don't see or visit them for anything ever again. At least the Goblin one, you know what happens. But Gilneas, what a total disappointing waste of space.

    Also, when doing progression Firelands heroic, I played 3 times a week. We had close to 400 wipes when finally downing Ragnaros. I consider myself a casual player because if real life requires my attention, I will drop everything without hesitation.

    Others call me hardcore due to my gear, achievement points and yadda yadda...it's all subjective.

    I feel that MoP is more of a combination of vanilla WoW and Wotlk. Which I think can only help the game overall. Cata was an overall failure I feel, and now Blizz will look to when they had the most subscribers, and that was during Wotlk. I mean, a new, interesting and beautiful continent to explore, brand new lore to learn about, world bosses, dungeons more akin to Wotlk difficulty, and new things to do like challenge modes, scenarios, etc. Feels more fresh to me, which WoW needs.

    I loved WOTLK the most - but majorly till Ulduar. The one thing I absolutely loathed and hated in WOTLK was the GearScore community. Gladly there are "time machines" on the internets to go back to the expansions of past.

    Well, the talent change is one of the things that no one will know how it will work out until we have had some time with MoP being live. I would say that many of the talents, while being useful in pvp, are also situationally useful in PvE, which is what I think they were going for. That way your talent choices will have a better chance to still be useful, whatever you may pick, so you don't have to feel so pigeonholed into cookie cutter specs. But again, no one knows it if will be a success yet.

    And true, there are indeed some fun stuff in the new glyphs but a few more useful for PvE-situations couldn't hurt. In the best case I'm totally wrong and things will go well when the level 90 ding happens :)
