In USA people have TVs with several hundred channels but basically crap on all channels - it is not surprising the WWE is #1. I guess same goes for music - so many choices but majority of the new stuff is crap - old musicians are holding the torch. I would dare to say that same is true of anime music.

Thank you, this is really the very first anime song i ever listened with passion, honestly, this son still thrilling me, the so sweet voice of Kinuko Oumori, and the Guitar riff and Solo where an unbeatable combination, until now, i have not found yet an anime song that could even compares with, Mrs Oumori should think about performing a live version and an unplugged version. only time knows.

My most favorite song from the entire BGC OVA. The main guitar riff and solo are just SO powerful and emotional. Kouji Makaino and Oomori Kinuko were a potent combination for some of the best music of any Anime ever.

This is where the 2040 series dropped the ball. A major part of the Bubblegum Crisis formula is the music. That and the story was just rubbish. The original OVA was my first Anime and it holds a special place in my heart. There will never be anything like it ever again.

As a guitar player of close to 15 years I can honestly say that is a sick guitar tone on the solos. That thing is singing those parts..
