  • It shouldn't be called a plank if your knees are on the floor. On the actual planks, you forgot to explain the positioning of the hands and arms relative to the shoulders and to make sure to avoid hip rotation as you lift one of the legs.

  • Planks and sideplanks are my favourite ab exercises. And your videos are great. You explained both very well.
