disable nautilus wallpaper:
"alt+f2" then type "gconf-editor" then go to "apps" scroll down to "nautilus" then "preferences" and look on the right and uncheck "show desktop"
enable compiz wallpaper:
just install ccsm and enable the plugin :)

how do you have multiple wallpapers and icons at the same time then?

maybe he used the pathed nautilus
or he disabled nautilus desktp draw (as you can see he has no icons on desktop)

What did you enter in the value in the compiz fusion manager to get multiple wallpapers? I don't know what to do there..

Hi :)
Yes I use a patched Nautilus. But now, there is a mean to have different wallpapers for each desktop and icons on desktops in the same time. My video is out of date ;)
