The best signing EVER at Garland B&N! I stand by what I said before about the CRM making or breaking a signing at this point. From our experience, the more effort a CRM puts into the in-store promotion before and during the signing is all the difference in the world. Our worst signings have been when the CRM doesn't even show up. The best are those where there were window displays & book displays before our signing. The MOST AWESOMEST EVER had both of the above, plus we were featured in-store (and talked up by the Children's Section Manager) and the CRM handed out fliers at the door! Joanna... you are truly the awesomest CRM ever!
