Ramon Goose originally established himself as the guitarist; chief songwriter, producer and driving force for the acclaimed British band NuBlues. Nublues were formed in London 2003 by Ramon who recruited singer/rapper Jay Nicholls, bassist Ed Vans and drummer Paul Francis. He has been working with Senegalese world music star Diabel Cissokho, his most recent new venture is called The West African Blues Project. "Uptown Blues" is the debut solo album by Ramon Goose, which sees him delving further into his love of blues and blues-rock.
