Michael demonstrates our Drop Step Throws using the Oates/TAP Extreme Duty weighted balls against a padded wall. The Drop Step Throws help isolate the upper half and focus strongly on the timing of rotation without worrying about how the lower half engages.

Throws in order: 3.5 oz, 5 oz, 7 oz, 14 oz, 21 oz, 32 oz.

What do you recommend for sets and reps per ball here? Do you do one set of one throw per ball or was that just for video demo purposes?

So is this the same to how Craig Kimbrel was able to isolate by long tossing from his knees? Can u do this instead on knee long toss?

It is not the same, no. Kneeling long toss / throwing is much different.
