What's new in Zendesk Part 1 (2nd June 2011)

Part 1 of 2 videos this week:

* You can now receive digests of suspended tickets in your inbox
* See forum subscribers and voters
* Agents can select to tweet a Twicket URL on-deman
* Admins can now change a public comment to private
* We now support Gravatar profile images
* We've improved the UI for profile edit pages, view layouts and code snippets in forums
* Closed tickets can now be added to forums, just like open tickets can.
* Agents can use Zendesk placeholders in all ticket interfaces.
