IBM's Smarter Cities campaign is running on The Wall Street Journal iPad application. Created by Ogilvy and powered by Crisp, the ad features a full screen interstitial that the user tilts the screen to activate. After an animated intro, the consumer can interact with the ad through scrolling, hot spots, video, and data capture. Powered by Crisp's universal rich media ad platform and analytics.
