Ospitalità Italiana - R.I.M.

The project "Ospitalità Italiana - Ristoranti Italiani nel Mondo" proceeds from "Ospitalità Italiana" (Italian Hospitality) a quality label realized by the Italian Chambers of Commerce and carried out with the operational support of IS.NA.R.T National Institute on Tourism Research.
"Ospitalità Italiana - Ristoranti Italiani nel Mondo" is an initiative of Unioncamere, with the participation of the Italian Ministry of Economic Development, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Heritage and Culture, Ministry of Agriculture and Cultural Forestry and the Minister of Tourism, aimed at all those Italian restaurants abroad to ensure compliance with quality standards typical of Italian hospitality. The project involves the Italian Chambers of Commerce abroad, spread over 45 different countries. Its objectives are to develop and promote the traditions of Italian food, to enhance Italian food and wine and the image of Italian restaurants abroad that ensure compliance with quality standards of Italian hospitality, creating an international network that allows the promotion of Italian production.
