A total classic - the main solo by Steve Rothery is an absolute masterpiece - one of the all time best in my opinion... very delicate and structured.

Only just recognised when he sings part of The Police's Spirits In The Material World. Very cool.

I know what you mean.
I had that in the beginning too.
But I see Marillion with Steve Hogart as a different band and they really have hundreds of songs that really are fantastic. You just never must compare them with the songs with Fish. Both are top of the bill for me. Only a different kind of music. Listen to it without looking for the Fish-sound. Then you might enjoy it !
