my 1st cockatiel
he is singing to a youtube video that i put on for him LOL
this is the day after i got him ...
TIP:
when you have a new bird its a good idea to put on some bird music and the best way to do that is through youtube b/c you can find the species fast and your bird will:
* learn to imitate (learn new sounds)
* will stop screaming b/c it learned new sounds
* will feel more relaxed b/c it will think other birds are there
* you save $ money since you dont need to buy the CD's with bird noises

When my bird does that (ESPECIALLY if there are a lot of people coming over to our house), it usually means he's really excited and would like to come out of his cage to play :P

my one whistles like that when he is angry (i thought :S) because everytime he hears his own voice thats what he does, or if there are too many people around him. :S ohhh so is he happy when he makes that kinda of loud noise?? :S

he was really really scared when i got him ... i put on this song for him (youtube video) so that he can relax ... and yeh he is thinking there are other birds ..
he always just sits there when i put this video on he LOVES it
