The regrettable Tom Steels bottle throwing incident. Steels would be thrown out of the Tour for this stunt. Also included is a relegation for Erik Zabel due to improper sprinting and a doping offense for Djamolidine Abdoujaparov which would see him ejected from the Tour as well.

Tom steels, groot kampioen, ook zonder die drinkbus ! Drinkbus smijten, geweldig, ook dat onthouden de mensen natuurlijk. Op een ander niveau, Zidane, groot kampioen, geweldige voetballer, maar zal ook altijd ook herinnerd worden door die ene kopstoot. Leve Tom Steels !
