There is a lot going on in the video! Nearly impossible to keep up with it. All that score keeping, blasting, and being blasted (talk about bullet hell). With all that going on, I'm surprised the CPU doesn't melt! (Xbox360 has vents & cooling fan(s),but what does PS3 have?) Talk about intense...games / shooters have come a long way since Scramble, Super Cobra, River Raid, Space Invaders, and Pitfall.

Was that Touhou's Reimu Hakurei Transformers style?

@mrmonkeymans May I ask why you don't have this game anymore? Did you not like it?

@agenthelios1 you talk big, i'd like to see you try the iphone mode, the one with the S and M system.
in case you dont know, S mode means slaughter mode, you get high points items by killing enemies and a more powerful shot. M means Manance mode, you must graze thought bullets to raise your multiplier up to 1000.

@agenthelios1 I am #2 some bastard got about 80 million more than me.

@lte7 I am a legend in the arcade. Any die hard DoDonPachi Daifukkatsu ver 1.5 player knows me and I topped 68Billion! no one can touch me.
2:00 - Really? REALLY?! This is how people score in 1.5, just time out bosses and milk their bullets?
FML.

@gs68 That has more to do with keeping the chain alive than cancelling the bullets. There's a lack of enemies if you kill this midboss too soon and you can easily drop your chain.

Impressive. I had seen a full run from version 1.0 but the player basically bombed everything since stage 1-1. I suppose they changed that you don't get full bomb stock from collecting just 1 bomb item anymore?
Great quality as well! I'd love to see a video of you playing stage 1-5.

Unfortunately, I no longer own this game. Hopefully it will get ported to a console in the future though.

I guess, kind of, in the sense that you can cancel bullets, and it's a shooter.
Scoring is based on chains, killing enemies in quick succession. The score value of every enemy chained will be added to each subsequent enemy destroyed in the chain.
Hypers make things a little complicated. You fill your hyper meter and when you use your hyper you can cancel bullets and add each canceled bullet to your hit count. Your hit count acts as a multiplier when it reaches certain values.
Basically.
