@SpartanMikey oh no no no, you understood me wrong. basically the AJFA and Blackened is about how Harmonix bought the rights to RTL and those 2 songs as well. But Dave really wouldnt let them use "his" song.

@Goldendroid huh? Blackened and AJFA are both off the album 'And Justice For All...' released in '89. Dave had NOTHING to do with that album... and he might have written the riff for Horsemen but he changed the lyrics, the title, and the guitar solo after he formed Megadeath, so by rights he has no say if they include it in the game as extra content or not

yes. Also AJFA, and Blackened. Then Four Horsemen and others from Dave are owned by Him. So you can't have the full Kill 'em all album ;(

but why the ps3..and how would that be since you choose that in-game..unless the game is slightly different from each console
