Part 60 Giffords WILL return in August

Prosecutors are asking the judge to allow pychiatrist to eveluate him and the contents of his alledged You Tube, Myspace & Face book channels to evalute if Jared maybe mentally ill so that they may implement the death penalty!

There is no proof that any of these channels are his or that they have not been hacked by SOMEONE ELSE as Loughner had reported that his accounts had been hacked into before!

Just as Giffords had subscribed to Jared but we are unable to tell for his settings will not allow us to see! Unless someone who can hacked into it and tell us then we do not know what it may contain!WILL
