Yay for my hometown!
-
I miss home you will miss it too once you have left I would give anything to go home

I've lived in iron mountain for 14 of my 15 years. It's really pretty and will always be the place I was raised, but it is so boring. Nothing to do. At all. Good place to vacation, not to live

@chappy1116 I understand. I'm going home in 2 days :)

Ah, my hometown (six days till I can go back for break). This video is a great representation of the natural beauty Iron Mountain-Kingsford has to offer...however, we certainly are more developed than the video let on. :) All the same, if you're watching this and thinking, "What a pretty, peaceful town," you're very much on the mark.

I've lived in Iron Mountain/Kingsford most of my life, and recognize almost every spot in the video. Well-done video, I think. It's not desolate or lonely here; our suicide rate is NOT high. It's the kind of place where if I forget to bring money with me to the local grocer, they'll just let me charge it and pay later. It's a very-friendly area.
For decades, the Pine Mountain Ski Jump was the largest man-made ski jump on the planet. Kingsford Charcoal started here, too. Lots of history.

I live there... and this video makes the town a better place... Lol.. seriously.
Did you know that actually Christopher Johnson Mcandles's family was from Iron Mt? which is kind of crazy that you used this song.. and also referenced the fact that it was from the movie Into the wild.. which is one of my favorite movies...
Great Video, and good job with the shots... and like you said.... the magic bullet= i like how you washed out the color... looks so good :)

haha the song (ugh eddie vedder) makes IM seem way more desolate and romantic than it actually is.

3:59 i live by there

Thx for making this! :) I live there! I use to go to the school at 1:01 but it got closed down...
No adapter. Although I need one badly. I shot from the distance for the most part. But for the close ups I used the "Edge Softness" tool under the "Lens" tab in Magic Bullet Looks. I colored most of it with "Mishandled Negative" with Magic Bullet Looks. I love what it does to the color.
