[3 min 6 sec] This is the first of two episodes where the use of the Stage Model of Grief in fashioning, executing and evaluating Interventions is demonstrated. The intervention itself is then evaluated by a group of three experienced mediators from Cholmondeley's Expert Resource Bank.

In the full program the experts are shown a scene performed by the Cholmondeley Players. The experts explain how they would handle the situation. A clip of the Intervention used by Cholmondeley is then shown (to the Experts and to the Viewer). After seeing the Intervention the Experts evaluate its effect.

This program deals with Stage I (Shock and Denial) and Stage II (Anger and Rage).

This program has been approved by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization for one hour of specialization credit (psychology). Any program qualifying for specialization credit automatically qualifies for general MCLE credit. Cholmondeley has been approved by the California State Bar and a "Multiple Provider" of CLE programs.
