Nice video.
Yes, there are many historic places in Newburgh, but the city as a whole, is bad.
A lot of streets look like crack alley and getting worse.
They really need to clean up the city if they want to sell it as a tourist spot.

GO NEWBURGH thanx for making this video its really good being a student at NFA (Newburgh Free Academy) you dont hear much about the good parts of this place i grew up her and i love it and that train station that was mentioned the one that's being referbished is goig to become a new theatre house and its coming along really well so i hear

Now that you have your ferry service back. I can consider stopping over on my Midwest to New York City trips via Amtrak's "Lake Shore Limited" from Chicago. Since my favorite railroad was the Erie-Lackawanna which went to Newburgh from the west (Chicago and Cleveland) I always wanted to see the town. Infact I did ride a passenger special from Hoboken years ago to Newburgh and Middletown. The Erie also went to the NYW&B station, it was a Union Station.

Wonderful Video.
Hope this renaissance continues in Newburgh. Now only if the government will stop shipping the low life people here, which bring in drugs and gangs and the other garbage with them.
