takes way too long to say what he's saying, could easily be much more time efficient so that we don't have to watch for a long time to get a small amount of information.

So it sounds to me like you're saying we should — as part of the solution — strive for symmetry by strengthening both the trapezious and the pectoralis muscles? Or no?

Is there a particular type of massage therapy that can assist with improving poor posture problems such as slightly rounding shoulder and occassional protruding head?

Can a slouched shoulder be fixed along with a crooked chest?(one side sticks out more than the other)

sorry i didn't really have time to watch all the video. but i got the idea of what muscles were talked about. if youre saying those muscles need to be stretched i completely disagree with that approach. sure if you want to pose for a camera and want immediate good posture stretch all those muscles. if you want good long term posture without ever thinking about it try stretching: hyoids, lower and mid trapezius, arm extensors and serratus anterior. After a week of those stretches you will be ok

Bro this video is great, like the part when you described how a strengthened trapezius can help pull the shoulders back. Definitely helps to do shrugs and barbell rows.
I quite enjoyed this video but tha'ts probably because i am choosing to study a personal training course and this is the type of thing it involves. I found it informative and think it will probably only appeal to those who are seriously interested in mucles/biology of the body. Thanks

@foreverparadise I'm glad you found the video useful, I also learned all this when I was studying for my certs with The National Academy of Sports Medicine. These images are helpful when making posture assessments for your clients because you can show them specifically what you're working with.

So, so, so boring. Informative, but my god.

@Harudath hehe, yeah, I admit...I'm not the most exciting sounding narrator, it was my first video I put together. I wanted to get all the information out there possible

Hey everyone, I love your feedback. I agree, this is my first ever video I slapped together and I believe I sound boring in this too.
