Here to unveil the truth about oils. There's a big difference between mineral/paraffin oil which is commonly used in our commercial skincare/makeup and oils that are plant derived such as cold pressed plant oils which retains all its beautiful benefits, as well plant essential oils; potent herbal oils with a major kick of benefits.
I wanted to demonstrate to you an easy way of taking care of your skin, and hopefully spark some curiosity for the ever present world of natural skin care and remedies.
Everything we need is from mother nature.
Much Love and Namaste

A TIP FOR THE OIL CLEANSING METHOD:
Because the castor oil is powerful at cleansing, you may benefit from using this every other day, or every two days.

Because it works throughout the day, I always see the results of the OCM the day after I use it; oil plugs and impurities can be seen "emerged" to the surface, it really is quite amazing! Remember, everyone's skin is different so adjust your ratios accordingly.

I hope it works for you as it has worked for me.

  • I have just started this method, but ive read some horror stories about people breaking out really bad after a few weeks. How often should I do this starting out? I'll be on my third wash tonight (doing it nightly. not sure if thats correct?) and I use a drop of castor, almond, jojoba and avocado and follow your instructions in this video. Im curious if you've ever had a breakout period/if I do, do i keep going?

  • @JadeAshly Hey there, I'm really glad you're trying it out. If you use it every night, just use a nickel size to start with, I know it can be time consuming and if not done right can be messy and too much remaining oil might cause a break out. It hasn't caused break outs for me, I actually have been using castor with coconut, its great, and whatever is left i've used as a moisturizer. If you break out, stop using it, and exfoliate with a wash cloth every night, then just use it sparingly =)

  • Hey charlotte are those kora organics products good?

  • @0225ding hey there, yes they are. I only have the body lotion, mists and rosehip oils left, they have lasted me so long. I really wish I could order more but I won't be for a while =)

  • will this method cause millia?? Thank you for a lovely informative video

  • @49chrissie Hi there, Did you get a chance to try it? I don't believe it will, it hasn't done that for me! Maybe you can just give it a try around your nose area to get blackheads out if you're uncertain to use it on your entire face

  • Will start doing this because I am done using chemical based skin cleansers. Wish me luck!

  • Great to know ! Have a blessed Sunday :)

  • @bLuebhErie try to every other day, but I've just been using it once or twice now =)

  • @mexifaith Thanks, that's a great idea! I tend to do this technique in the shower when I'm washing off and I think it gives the same effect!

  • @mexifaith Thank you so much! I've heard that but I've heard great things about it too. I haven't had problems with my skin using it; I suppose just use it sparingly, not like you would a lotion
