friends when it comes to comparision between kanaeva & kondakova, i think in all performance kanaeva is superior than kondakova, no doubt kondakova has amazing turing ability but except that in all parameter kanaeva is more amazing than her, even though she is older than daria but still both have equal felxibility . moreover kanaeva has outstanding difficulty , which her even ball performance cannot match. daria do lots of mistake in difficult elements . kanaeva is ready for second olympics.

@guiy16 If you wanna see really overscored gymnasts then watch Deriugina Cup. About the drop, if you make deductions taking in account difficulty and execution, i think she still has 28. The reason about "less people", 2 first days of competition were work days, and traffic jams in Moscow as always. AA day there were more people, cuz it was friday. Staniuta was great that day, but you could see how exhausted was she in the ball routine, not everything went smooth there either, but without drops

@guiy16 right now it seems that donich is being kicked off, although merkulova doesn't seem to be at par with the other russians. she is just extremely overscored.

i know if russian will countiue with dirty job in judgement , the luck of daria will be same as olga kapranova that was in beijing olympics. kanaeva is best but it does't mean every russian gymnast will be best ,melitina has grace and unique ability. beilive it or not but rhythmic gymnastic is women's sports thats why becoming so dirty, jealous , hatred , politics all going on. sometimes i see in olympics too very baised judgements.thats why RG popular only in east europe thats it.

don't forget rhythmic gymnastic is a sport and less a performing art. if judges slips jus by music or leotard grace that will destroy greatness of RG. kanaeva has a key in her performance that look she is very STABLE while performing & may be mentally too. thats why no one can beat her, even if she add more difficulty in her performance i do not think she will make mistake .even after 4 years in this competitive sports she has all the moves in excellent form, god bless her. wow wat a dedication

@guiy16 I don't mean to sound discriminating, but the russians motto is to win at all costs no matter the consciences. Sometimes they cheat alot like in corbeil 2003 alina kabaeva did awful and got a bronze medal when she rightfully deserved 6th place.

it is enough kanaeva??? all the winners are just crooks??? hello? WTF. did anyone some dancing, some RSG, or did just anyone something in competition? can anyone feel the pressure ALL these girls are under? they are all humans, they all can be the greatest or be the worst. If you work hard you can stand the pressure only for a short time, but later you need to go back to family and your own life. i hate the way many people talk about all these hard working girls. it´s so embarassing.
