@Fitzlight62 The problem with using these verses to either prove or disprove the rapture is that they don't apply to it. Jesus is talking to His Jewish disciples and He is not discussing the church but Isreal. Same is true with the Old Testament passages. They only apply to Isreal. Many Christians use Matt. 24 for the rapture but they should not. The catching away of the church is taught by Paul in I Thess. chapter 4.
