Yes! That is what 10th Planet guys call it. Alder has a vid on this or had, dont know if its up still. Jean Jacques Black belt Jay Zeballos has a video on this and I believe he just calls it a calf slicer. I have seen other instructional books from US and Japan showing the technique. I didnt lay claim to it. In the end its the same thing, no one owns or is known for making it up soley. Like Eddie Bravo always told me "call it whatever you want to call it." Enjoy
