Chapter 27
Justy: (whispers to Nick) Ask him.
Nick: Uh.. Hey Kev.
Kevin: Yeah..
Nick: Un.. nice shoes.
Justy: (silently) Ugh! (walks away)
Kevin: Thanks. Just bought them a few days ago.
Nick: Cool.
Kevin: Yeah. Well, I'm gonna go up to my roon. (goes upstairs)
Nick: Hey.. he doesn't usually go to his room, unless...
Joe: He's writing a new song! (excited)
Nick: Unless something's wrong. (walks in the living room)
Justy: (in the living room) Why didn't you ask him?
Nick: I'm sorry. I just, didn't want to bug him incase something was wrong. Like, what if they broke up?
Justy: I hope not. I mean, Swati really likes him.
Nick: And he really likes her.
(Both Nick and Justy are quiet for a bit)
Nick: Um, what if they did break up? (looks at Justy worried)
Justy: Why do you say that?
Nick: Well, he went to his room..
Justy: Uh, it's his room. Can't he go in his room whenever he wants?
Nick: Yeah. But he doesn't usually go in his room unless he wants to be alone, like something's wrong.
Justy: Oh.
Nick: Yeah, I'm gonna go check on him.
Justy: Ok.
Nick walks up the stairs and goes to Kevin's room. He's about to knock on the door, but then he heard Kevin strumming his guitar, and singing.
Kevin singing:
Just one dance
Just one kiss
I wanna hold you close
I don't wanna miss
My chance tonight
Your eyes locked on mine
With you by my side
Everything's alright
Nick just stood there, silently. He really didn't want to bug Kevin incase something was wrong. But hey, it doesn't hurt to try. Or does it?
*knock, knock*
Kevin: Come in.
Nick: (walks in)
Kevin: Oh, hey Nick.
Nick: Hey. Umm.. are you ok?
Kevin: (nervous) Yeah, why?
Nick: Well... we kinda noticed how you and Swati have been today.
Kevin: Oh... (looks down)
Nick: Why did you do it?
Kevin: Do what?
Nick: Act like that with Michelle? Justy told us.
Kevin: I don't know. I didn't mean for any of it to happen. It just... happened.
Nick: Why didn't you stop?
Kevin: I don't know Nick. I guess, I guess it just felt like old times, you know. When we were still dating. I thought I was over her, but when she asked to hang out at the mall, I couldn't say no. (looks down)
Nick and Kevin were both silent.
Nick: Hey Kevin? That song you were just singing, did you just write that?
Kevin: Oh. You heard that?
Nick: Yeah I did. It's really good too. Well, what I heard anyways. But, who's it about?
Kevin: It's about Sawti. She said the only way we can be together again is if I can prove I love her and not Michelle.
Nick: So you guys did break up?
Kevin: I, I guess we did.
Nick: Well you better hurry up and play her that song. (he says while standing up)
Kevin: You think she'll take me back?
Nick: Did you mean what you said?
Kevin: Of course I did.
Nick: (smiles) Then I think she will.
Kevin: Thanks bro. (gives Nick a brotherly-love hug lol I didn't know what to call it aha)
Nick: Well, we better head downstairs and get ready to go to the interview.
Mrs. Jonas: (yelling from downstairs) Nick, Kevin, come on we have to go!
Kevin: Yeah ok. Let's go.
Nick and Kevin head downstairs. They head out the door, but before they leave to get in the car, Kevin quickly grabs his guitar, and shuts the front door.

SOO SUPER SORRY I haven't posted!!! I've been majorly busy this year soo far it's not even funny. But, I've been wanting to post so bad, so finally I took a break and decided to type up a few chapters. I'm soo glad you guys didn't unsubscribe and sooo glad that I actually got more. Will Kevin play Sawti the song anytime soon? Will Swati forgive Kevin and take him back? Will anything happen between Nick and Justy? Or Kaelyn and Joe? How will the interview go? Will I need more characters anytime soon? POSSIBLY!!! Actually, I do!! I need 3 fans! The fans that call into the radio station-interview.
