  • This was a clip taken by someones still photography camera. We only have the excerpts you see here and posted previously because the lecture was not filmed in its entiriity

  • added: proprioception with high intensity strength training of course!! (70 sec attempts) haha I could hear you guys already!! lol

  • variety is key I trained for special forces for 3 years and as a result detrained when i was not selected. Too much cardio. Too little sleep. Too early working out. (Testosterone at 6 AM?) Not enough money! Too many idiots. But anyways. I would watch for signs of the CNS failure like Adrenal deficit and depression. Work out when you want to. And for all you ex athletes like cops, soldiers too, do proprioception exercises and follow Chek to recondition yourself. Sleep.

    ustabeme22, The Europeans have all the problems the Americans do, just in slightly lesser magnitude. The US is the champion at selling junk training and food to the rest of the world, so they think they are catching up, but they don't realize that our population base is so big that even when we disable an entire population, we still have a massive gene pool to select from.
