TGM (Soil) vs Eji (Skull) Battle Capacity

In these sets, Eji learns not to press buttons.

Colossoil's C-Horn Attack, usually too slow for more purposes finds a niche in catching back dashes on wakeup. Pursuit could do the same, but C-Horn's payoff is much much bigger.

There was some lag present which explains some of the dropped combos.
