In MMA your opponent can shoot for takedowns. You'll see a lot of guys keep their hands a little lower. It depends on who they're facing and the distance between them and their opponent. Still... won't say you're wrong though, Chuck lost his last three matches (longest losing streak he's ever had) from K.O's with punches xD

LOL he drops his hands everytime he throws the kick.. in muay thai i was taught to leave my punch out to keep him at distance and distract him, or at least keep your fucking hands up

@lukasrofl your wrong they are not useless they can help people who want to be a fighter but dont have the money to go to a gym and train so this points them in the direction they need to go in to be a fighter and maby if u have had training in a gym and your money changes and now you can not go to a gym because you dont have the money these videos not only keep you on track but they help you sharpen your skill so that you dont lose it

@Lukasrofl Idk if I'd necessarily say that. It's true that the only way to build good basic technique and conditioning is years in the gym/dojo/whatever. But if you're already going to a gym then these dvds are a nice way to spend some free time and see some new techniques that you might not have ever learned otherwise. What I'm saying is that people shouldn't use these dvds AS their training, but only to expand it.
