UK Protests Gun Ban - Banning Guns Only Disarms Law Abiding Citizens

Actually gun related deaths shrank to a tiny percentage of what it was and murders in general have been reducing even to this day. And even if it had stayed the same it still proves that guns add nothing to your safety at all

I'm not arrogant at all there are many many many surveys taken every year by British people and every time it is in the 90% bracket against. I apologise for the language but it annoys the hell out me that some guy who has probably never even seen my country thinks he knows better than the citizens and posts pro-violent propaganda that is a direct insult to them and everything this country represents.What IS arrogant is to assume that you speak for everyone in country that is not even your own

Because nobody can speak for everyone else and this video speaks to the fact that other people in your country DO NOT share your views. If you don't want a gun, fine. But you have no right to dictate that someone else cannot have one to defend themselves. Defending yourself against someone who is intent on committing violence to YOU is not mindless violence. It's DEFENDING YOURSELF against someone who is going to do harm to you regardless.

People are always going to commit crime and there will be home invasions but i would rather that if it ever happens to me that im facing a knife and not a gun - it works both ways - yes id have a gun but it also means I'm certainly going to be facing one and if crims can get hold of a gun they are far more likely to feel confident enough to commit a crime. Guns are not a part of our society and here the majority rules - I'm not going to risk death for the sake of a couple of rich prats

Well that does it. Please just stop. It's totally absurd to imagine that criminals are going to be bound by gun laws. It's absurd. Criminals will ALWAYS be able to get all the weapons they wish for. To imagine gun laws are going to make sure criminals only posses knives shows your total inability to appreciate "reality." It's a total dream world to imagine ANY LAW applies to criminals. That's why they are criminals. They don't give two craps about laws.

A civilised society has no need for protection on that scale - Double glazed windows and a good lock will keep out a knife but not a gun. The fact is the British people have spoken and they have said no to guns as a whole - not just for protection but in general. When was the last time Britain had a Washington sniper or a college massacre i ask you? Guns didn't save those innocent people and its just unbelievable to suggest otherwise
