This person is lying a lot !
In the teaching about reincarnation and law of Kamma it is VERY clearly said that committing suicide is equally evil as killing another human. Thus person commit suicide is likely to suffer due to the bad Kamma he/she did.
I am a Buddhist and I wish may this person be free from his own hear of losing the graound of his faith !
