How to get Kingdra in Pokémon Emerald 1/2

- HM Surf
- HM Waterfall
- A couple of PokéBalls
- A friend to trade with (or trade emulator)

@luigimon14 Just capture all the bagons you can until you get one that holds the dragon scale, the thief method is just faster.
