Don't worry folks...mbv is recording as we speak.....new mbv WILL happen sometime this year. Bilindas already finished all her vocals. I think there might be like three or so songs to be finished. There will be a compliation album first, possibly of the mid 90's stuff that never got finished. Then a brand new album of recent stuff. Be optimistic, quite being pessimist!

So, the "new" MBV stuff is finally starting to leak. This has got to be both the most brilliant AND the most anally retentive band ever. Didn't Kevin Shields say it was "almost done" and would be released last year? What happened (or failed to happen)?

The three leaked tracks are demos/out takes from the Isn't Anything era. These tracks were bound for a MBV boxset of Unreleased and Remastered songs. These are probably 1988 era.
No one has heard any of the new post-Loveless album stuff. I think he is planning on debuting those songs this December. At least that's the plan...
