I think it is a BIG insult to say you look like someone who is 16!
Looking at stupid numbers and statistics with food is just plain stupid. Enjoy your meal, it is healthy! Who the fuck cares if there is 1 microgram less of this stupid stuff in cooked food.
It doesnt extend your life.... Maybe 5 seconds.....
You can NOT trust on a opinion of a 10 year old... she was teached raw food is good. Now shes stuck with this opinion. She just copies her parents.

But down the track, you will feel worse if you are not getting enough things like Iron, Zinc, B12, which most plant foods are lacking. You have to make sure you get them in your diet. B12 deficiency symptoms may not show up for 5 years, since your body is eating its own stored B12 (from your muscle tissue).

Well just one example is cooked tomatoes which helps lycopene become more bioavailable. So eating all fruits and vegetables raw is not the best option. I tend to have a mix of steamed veggies and raw veggies, fruit, nuts... I think I'm doing fine! Plus I look 8 years younger than my age seems like it's working ;) (im 24 now).

beware of "raw" gourmet foods, "raw" nuts - horrible effect on my health. cooked or raw, the fact remains: fresh fruits and vegetables are important for health, too much fat and concentrated sugars and poor food combining bad for health.

you know we started cooking food just so we could escape death from bacteria and viruses when we were prehistoric. noone is saying anything about that and how the raw food is so resistant to the effects the eniviroment has on it.

damn shit´i feel like crap when i eat cooked food. And i feel energetic when i eat raw. Come on its so easy: Just observe your body after a cooked and a raw meal. it definitly will feel different.

Tools and fire made man, Homo sapiens.
Could we become a new kind of humanity with the 'new' 'human' raw food culture of eating. Realize how much of the plants we consume are products of human selectional development. They're not 'wild', per se.
Any food can be bad for the body if over consumed, along with other lifestyle factors. Let your body direct you; beware of dietary philosophies that conflict with what the body desires to thrive. Balance. Performance.

and certianly almost all the types of alkaloids that need be unlocked are not essential to ones health. the enzymes and minerals that are destoryed in the cooking process are essential to ones over all health and well being.

And people can't experience the same effects on a healthy diet of cooked food? I beg to differ...
cooked food damages the food. although some alkaloids need to be heated to be activated the majority of nutrients and enzymes are destroyed when cooked. your body needs enzymes to digest food properly, when it doesnt get the enzymes from say cooked food it hs to borrow them from other parts of your body like your brain. ill im trying to stress is that raw food is generally much healthier for you than cooked foods

thats actually untrue, cooked food and raw food have both been analyzed scientifically , cooking greatly reduces the amount of minerals in it , the nutrition of raw organic food is much higher than cooked foods. And i think its safe to say that the more nutrition in a diet the BETTER it is :) "It's probably not harmful to eat raw food all the time." lol? its very healthy and very good for you, animals are meant to eat raw food, are you an animal?
