I think people are just more angry that you called the album "shit". just because songs are depressing doesn't mean it isn't a bad album. You should pay attention to the music, you might come to appreciate it more.

The album as a whole is about Brian Wilson's mental state while creating the album. You'll see the highs (Wouldn't it be nice, Trombone Dixie), the lows (I just wasn't made for these times, That's Not Me), and the comments on the world (Hang On To Your Ego). Listen, you'll like it.

@ rockliveson69...i totally agree with you, it was a very influential record hell it even inspired the Beatles to do one of their albums Rubber Soul i believe...but i just don't like the songs on it even tho i do like the Beach boys always have...yea wouldn't it be nice is a good one tho..
